Course Methodology & Access

Our Enforcement & Compliance programs are structured to prioritize legal frameworks, ethics, and officer safety.

  • Sequential Progression: Course modules must be completed in the designated order.

  • Course Materials: Essential guides and resources are available exclusively through the "Resource" section of the student portal.

  • Copyright Protection: All materials are registered with the National Archive of Ottawa. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited under copyright law.

Deadlines, Extensions & Refunds

  • Standard Duration: Learners are granted 10 weeks to complete their assigned courses from the date of enrollment.

  • Extensions: * A one-time, three-week extension is available at no cost upon request.

    • Subsequent extensions are subject to a fee of $75.00.

  • Final Cut-off: All coursework and requirements must be finalized within 6 months of the initial start date.

  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once a course has been initiated or accessed.

Academic Integrity & Certification Standards

As an official Vendor of Record for the Ontario Government, we maintain rigorous testing standards to ensure professional competency.

  • Passing Grade: A minimum score of 80% is required on all assessments.

  • Assessment Limits: Learners are permitted a maximum of 3 attempts per quiz.

  • Integrity & AI Policy: We utilize advanced plagiarism detection software.

    • The use of AI (e.g., ChatGPT) or unauthorized copying of materials is strictly prohibited.

    • Violations will result in automatic failure and formal notification to the learner’s employer.
